The "essence" of a flower soaks into the water and creates healing medicine for emotional difficulties.
The "essence water" is then diluted, bottled and preserved with alcohol or vinegar.
Flower essences work on the body's energy field, meaning that they help change your energy when it is out of balance. Essences can calm anxious or angry energy, ease sadness, lift depression, release feelings of overwhelm, and much, much more.
Flower essences can be taken by mouth, sprayed in the air, or placed on any body part. The top of the head is a good place to put a couple drops of an essence.
Usually two drops of an essence are taken 1-6x/day. You can take up to six essences at once - but when you're just starting out, it's good to take one or two at a time so that you can come to "know" them and their effects on your body, emotions, and energy field.
You can add them to tea or a water bottle and drink all day for a steady drip of "medicine."
If you are working on changing a long-standing pattern or healing a certain issue, you may have to take the essences for days, weeks or months at a time. The effects can be subtle. Pay attention and discern what changes for you!
IF you can't have alcohol, you can evaporate the alcohol preservative by pouring boiling water on the essences, or put them on the skin.
