How it looks - how it feels - how you feel inside of it?
Have one or more parts of your body been permanently injured or removed?
Are one or more parts working less well than they used to?
How do you feel about all of this?
We will gather in a safe, small group space of acceptance and love to discuss and explore the feelings we carry about living in a female body in this culture.
And we will also have fun!
Saturday, April 27 * 10 am - 4:30 pm in Chatham, MA
Cost is $125 and includes a nourishing, gluten free and dairy free lunch
EARLY BIRD $110 before April 13!

Jenny has spent a lifetime attempting to feel comfortable inhabiting her body, soft round stomach and all. She has been devoted to personal growth and healing for three decades, and she weaves all of her learning into her work as an acupuncturist and creatrix of transformational trips for women. She loves creating spaces where women can speak honestly about all aspects of our lives, including our body shame, and move toward acceptance (and even delight?!) in these earthly vessels.
Jenny and Elizabeth are thrilled to be collaborating on this ”playshop,” this gathering of wholehearted women where we will explore judgments around and acceptance of our bodies.
We have supported each other over more than two decades as colleagues and dear friends, and we are excited to bring our love, curiosity, humor, healing energy, and decades of personal growth experience to this gathering.
